Since qualification in 1986 and becoming a partner in the firm in 1990, I have obtained a wealth of experience in the full range of commercial property matters. This enables me to give an overview of commercial property issues affecting my clients.
The majority of my time however is spent in acting for landowners and developers in the promotion, option and collaboration issues arising in respect of strategic land and the development of land and related arrangements.
New clients are often recommended to me by leading teams of surveyors for the practical, commercial and timely advice that I and the department can give to their clients in these more specialist areas including farm sale and purchase mineral exploitation and wind farm development.

I enjoy new challenges and making deals happen with and for my clients and progressing matters in a pro-active way.
I have built a busy successful and enthusiastic commercial property team throughout the firm and between us we can provide the full cover for commercial property requirements whilst delivering a personal service.
What else should you know?
I am presently acting for landowning clients in granting options to national developers totalling more than 650 acres in Cambridgeshire , 200 acres in Hertfordshire and 100 acres in Essex and for developers of a site in Essex with planning consent for 2,300 homes and employment development areas.
My interests include classical music and real ale. I enjoy my role as a governor at Bishop’s Stortford College.
