How can I help you? 

I am a French qualified Avocat with over 30 years of experience, of which 18 have been in the UK. I assist clients across a range of private and business deals, as well as litigation in France. 

I have particular experience in French real estate transactions of all kinds, French wills and estate planning and work on cross-border transactions with colleagues in the firm. 

Delivering what you really need 

The law in France is very different to that of England and Wales and so if you are looking to buy or sell property in France or do business in France it is important you understand all the implications. My dual qualifications mean I understand what you might be expecting and how the actual position may be different to these expectations. I can help you understand the real picture and navigate you through to achieve your goals. 

I can assist those facing litigation with banks in France and those dealing with receivership of French companies. 

English farmers purchasing a French farm and setting up their business in France will receive all the specific advice they need.

I have been with Tees since 2004. I hold a BA in English Law from the University of Kent in addition to my qualification at the Paris Bar.
