Central Services Team Leader
Working alongside another Central Services Team Leader, this role offers the opportunity to manage day to day workflows and be a part of busy, evolving and key central function, that supports both our Solicitor teams and our direct support teams.
Ensuring the Central Services function provides an exceptional service to the Firm, this role is key in guaranteeing that key administrative, data and document tasks are accurate and delivered in line with service standards.
As a Central Services Team Leader, some of your main responsibilities will be:
Being first point of contact for operational issues
Managing absence and holiday of the team, ensuring cover for colleagues
Managing day to day workflow, priorities and urgent work, directing the team accordingly.
Liaising with fee earners and client care teams in relation to document production and file opening tasks, which includes undertaking these tasks directly.
Accurately producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports and forms

This role is being offered as a full-time opportunity and has a requirement of working until 8.00pm for up to 2 evenings a week.
