We have a fantastic opportunity for a Cost Draftsman to join our Medical Negligence team in our Bishop's Stortford office.

Working with the best independent medical experts we are committed to providing a knowledgeable, empathetic and supporting service to our clients and would like a passionate and enthusiastic Cost Draftsman to join our team.

This role would be best suited to applicants of at least 2 years' of costs experience and able to manage a mixed caseload with limited supervision. This position is key to the growing plans for this team and will enable both development and opportunity for the successful candidate. 

As a Cost Draftsman at Tees your responsibilities would include: 

• Managing a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and personal injury matters.
• Providing professional guidance to team members in relation to cost issues that require specialist knowledge. 
• Collaborating with our Associate Cost Draftsman to implement new systems and processes to enhance and improve team performance.
• Advising and updating on case progress and legal cost developments.
