HR Business Partner - Human Resources
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join our HR team in our Cambridge office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team that are committed to providing an outstanding HR service to the business.
Working alongside 2 other HRBPs, this role will work closely with managers to support the full employee life cycle of their allocated ‘Client Groups’.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing generalist HR support to both managers and employees
Facilitating the acquisition of talent to ensure the right people are hired into the right roles
- Providing proactive input to support delivery of departmental and company goals
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a generalist HR operational role and will be confident training and presenting to groups of managers and employees. They will also have sound knowledge of Employment Law, and experience applying this to complex ER issues.
