IT Support Analyst
This role is an exciting opportunity working alongside a range of departments, liaising with senior managers and staff at all levels providing first line IT support to our Legal 500 recommended firm.
Previous experience in first line support is not required but evidencing a commitment to learning and increasing your IT and system knowledge is essential. A familiarity with IT hardware and a basic knowledge of this will be beneficial, as this role will be responsible for setting up, replacing and assisting our employees with their IT equipment.
As an IT Support Analyst at Tees your role will include:
- Providing 1st line support to our staff by resolving IT issues primarily using remote technologies and where necessary visiting the relevant office.
- Undertake work including the setup and configuration of new IT equipment.
- Over time, attain an in-depth knowledge of all systems and research subjects as prescribed by the IT Support Manager to achieve the same.
- Answering telephone and emails reporting IT issues and log them on our support desk call management system.

Tees has six offices – in Bishop’s Stortford, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Saffron Walden, Royston and Cambridge. Collaborative working with staff is a prerequisite for this role, and travel to other offices will be required; as such access to a vehicle and a clean driving license will be necessary for this role.
