Legal Support Manager

We are looking to appoint a Legal Support Manager (Client Care Manager) to join our Private Client team in our Cambridge office.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the Client Care function of a busy team of expert lawyers, accounting advisers and other professional staff. Ensuring the team is provided with exceptional, high-functioning administrative support in this role is key and guarantees a seamless and timely service to our clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years' experience supporting a Private Client team or legal/acccounting advisors, and will have an understanding of Estate Administrations, Wills and LPA matters through this previous experience. In addition to this, experience leading or supervising a team is desired.

As a Legal Support Manager in our Private Client team, some of your main duties will include:

  • Being responsible for executive function of the daily support services for the team
  • Leading the Client Care team, including managing workloads and delegating
  • Being the main point of contact for clients, via telephone or email
  • Managing team diary, handling meeting and travel arrangements
  • Supporting the financial processes of the team
