Recruitment Partner

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join our HR Team in our Cambridge office.

Opportunity

In this role you will be working to support our ambition to make Tees an "Employer of Choice", and will become an integrated and key part of the HR Team. You will be primarily responsible for managing the recruitment process for both our Legal Teams and the Business Support Services in each of our 6 offices. A solid understanding of the recruitment process is essential in this role. 

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertsing roles, defining search strategies, interviewing where appropriate, providing assessment solutions and making offers of employment.
  • Facilitating the acquisition of talent to ensure the right people are hired into the right roles, within budget.
  • Handling a number of roles at the same time ensuring each is progressed appropriately through the different recruitment stages.
  • Actively sourcing candidates through appropriate routes to market including Social Media, proactive head hunting, and using Recruiters where appropriate.
  • Building a professional network with External Professionals.
