Tees Law has acted for ZeroC Holdings Limited in its development of the prestigious Strathmore House site at Poundbury.
This one-of-a-kind development consists of eight luxury apartments offering the best of contemporary living, valued from £550,000 - £750,000.
Poundbury is an urban extension to the county town of Dorchester. It is a unique and exciting development, built according to architectural principles advocated by HRH The Prince of Wales. Construction at Poundbury commenced in October 1993, with development split into four distinct phases. Once completed in 2025, the town will be home to 5,000 people.
Bilyana Munic, commercial property Associate, led the team at Tees Law, assisted by Rebecca West. For thirteen years, Bilyana has provided legal advice and representation to ZeroC, a firm recognised as a pioneer of sustainable development. She negotiated the development agreement in relation to this significant development at Strathmore House.
