Transferring the ownership of your property

Change affects all our lives. When big changes happen, it can lead to needing to transfer the ownership of your property We have helped many clients transfer the equity of their property for a whole range of reasons including:

  • Getting married or ending a relationship
  • transfer of property between family members
  • when a trust is formed
  • Property is being gifted

A transfer of equity is the legal process by which you can change the legal ownership of a property by adding one or more people to the legal register alongside yourself or to remove one or more people other than yourself from the legal register.

Whatever the reason, you’ll want to have someone experienced to help and advise you.
