After qualifying as a solicitor in 2013, I gained ten years’ experience in dispute resolution at a leading firm in Bristol, specialising in professional negligence work on behalf of banks and financial services clients.
Following a move to Cambridge, I joined Tees in January 2024 as a Senior Associate, to offer my expertise in professional negligence matters to a wider variety of clients.
Delivering what you need
My experience includes advancing claims with values between c£30,000 - £3m against negligent professionals, in particular solicitors and valuers, in various circumstances including claims involving fraud, and defending my clients against allegations of professional negligence brought against them.
If you feel that a professional you have instructed has not provided you with the service you expected to receive and you have suffered a loss as a result, I am here to help you. I can assist you with professional negligence claims against a variety of professional advisers, including:
- Solicitors and other legal professionals;
- Valuers, surveyors and project monitors;
- Architects; and
- Accountants.
My aim is always to ensure that claims are resolved efficiently and at proportionate cost, which may include negotiating a settlement by correspondence or employing an alternative dispute resolution method such as mediation.
