How can I help you?
I qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and advise business clients on all aspects of a company and commercial law including asset and share acquisitions and disposals, joint venture agreements and partnership agreements. My experience also includes drafting an array of commercial contracts. The advice I provide to any one client can vary from providing business contract advice to governance related advice. I act for a variety of clients which include high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs and charities in a number of different industry sectors such as manufacturing, transport and logistics, retail, technology, software, insurance and leisure.
Delivering what you really need
I aim to work with clients in achieving their commercial and personal objectives and explain complex issues and legal points clearly and concisely. I enjoy building good client relations by ensuring that I take the time to get to know the client and their business, which enables me to provide advice bespoke to each client.
What else should you know?
I graduated from the University of Leicester where I completed a Law and Economics degree and obtained a 2.1 BA Honours. I have also completed the CF1 UK financial services, regulations and ethics certificate and the CF3 financial protection certificate prior to beginning my legal career when working in a wealth management company. This experience has allowed me to think outside the box when working on commercial transactions to ensure that I have an understanding of the client’s business and the industry that it operates in.
