I am a Paralegal in Residential Property based in the Bishops Stortford office. I started at Tees in December 2017 as a Client Care Leader and was promoted to Paralegal in April 2019. I work with and assist 4 solicitors in Bishops Stortford with their files, specifically taking over at the point of, or straight from exchange of contracts. I have worked within residential property since 2013 which has given me a breath of knowledge and understanding allowing me to support our clients in the best possible way.
Delivering what you really need
Looking from the outside in, the conveyancing process can be very daunting. My job is to assist in making the process as streamline as possible for the client as, from the inside and doing the job, I know that no two transactions are the same.
What else should you know?
I enjoy the conveyancing process and really enjoy first registrations. I find it interesting looking through old conveyances and creating epitomes of titles.
