I have worked in the field of commercial litigation since my qualification in 1995. I joined Tees in October 2011, where my areas of expertise are focused on Insolvency law, Partnership and Company Disputes.
On the Insolvency side I act for both Insolvency Practitioners and Individuals or Directors who are faced with proceedings against them.
I have considerable experience in respect of Directors Disqualification Proceedings.
Delivering what you really need
I understand that litigation is, for many people, one of the most stressful things they will ever be involved in. My aim is always to help people through the complexities of the legal system by explaining things in plain English.
Often there are a number of different tactics which can be employed in any piece of litigation. I ensure you fully understand the options open to you and assist you in choosing the right option for you. I will work to achieve the best outcome tailored to your own individual circumstances and taking account of the amount of risk you are willing and able to run.
I cannot take away the stress inherent in litigation but my aim is to minimise it as much as possible whilst providing you with an exceptional service based upon a clear and expert understanding of your legal issues.
