I deal with a wide range of residential property transactions which includes among others advising clients on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared equity schemes, equity release, residential mortgages, lease extensions, adverse possession applications and property registration. I have a pragmatic approach and aim to provide practical, jargon free advice.

Clients can expect a high level professional service tailored to their individual requirements with updates on their transaction by their preferred method of communication be that, postal, electronic, telephone or face to face meetings and a full comprehensive report on any purchase. Our property team assistants are always on hand to give additional assistance to all clients should they require it at any stage.
What else should you know?
I qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and live and was raised locally so have an excellent knowledge of the area. I have been working in the legal sector since 1991 and in Saffron Walden since 2001.
I am also a member of the Equity Release Council.
