I understand that litigation can be a daunting process for clients, and where possible will look to resolve the matter without the need for litigation. I enjoy problem-solving and helping my clients find workable commercial solutions to their disputes.

How can I help you?

I am a solicitor within the Dispute Resolution department at Tees. I am based in the Chelmsford office. I am able to advise on a wide range of disputes, for both private induvial and companies, covering contract disputes (including debt recovery), professional negligence and building disputes.

Delivering what you really need

My specialism is in the area of Property Litigation. I routinely act for investment landlords, portfolio owners and private landlords concerning property matters, including landlord and tenant dispute, possession and business lease renewals under the Landlord & Tenant 1954.

The court places a strong emphasis on parties engaging in alternative forms of dispute resolution, and I have experience in a wide range of alternative dispute methods including mediation and will be happy to guide you through this process.

What else should you know?

I obtained my degree from the University of East Anglia and completed my legal qualifications at Nottingham Law School. I trained at a large Suffolk based firm and have spent the last 8 years at large regional firm within Essex.

When I am not in the office you will find me baking up a storm in the kitchen, the fruits of which are enjoyed by the Dispute Resolution team.
