How can I help you?
I am a solicitor within the Family Department at Tees. My work involves advising and representing clients on a range of different family matters including those relating to dissolution, divorce or nullity proceedings and the associated financial settlements; cohabitation disputes, including those requiring Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 applications; arrangements for children and Children Act applications. I am a member of Resolution.
Delivering what you really need
I am committed to the provision of excellent client care. I work closely with the other members of the team to ensure that each client receives high quality legal advice in a clear and understandable way and is regularly updated of progress. I am able to draw on the expertise of other members of the Family Department, both in Bishop’s Stortford and our other offices.
What else should you know?
I qualified in September 2015, having completed my Training Contract here at Tees. During my training, I spent 12 months within the Family Department in addition to six months in each of our Litigation Department and Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate Department. This has meant that I have not only been able to specialise in Family Law but have also gained valuable and applicable experience in these other areas of law.
I graduated in 2011 with a First Class honours degree in History from the University of Sheffield before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at BBP Waterloo, London and then the Legal Practice Course (Distinction) at the University of Law.
