I am an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation team at Tees Law since December 2022, and can assist in a broad range of Regulatory and Business Crime cases.

Delivering what you really need

Throughout my legal career, I have been regularly instructed to prosecute, defend and advise on behalf of Regulatory Bodies including the Health and Safety Executive and Local Authorities. I am frequently instructed on behalf of corporate entities and individuals for all types of regulatory breaches including cases involving fatalities.

I am an experienced advocate and regularly appear before Courts across the East of England.

I am able to provide specialist training for Local Authorities and organisations in relation to all aspects of criminal litigation and regulatory law.

I have extensive experience representing companies and individuals at police interviews and other interviews held under caution.

I have dealt with cases in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal.

I am able to draw on my wide experience of both defending and prosecuting a wide range of cases to ensure that each client can be assured of the highest quality of service and advice. Clients can be assured of a proactive and strategic approach from the outset.

I am a member of The Health and Safety Lawyers Association.

Apart from working at Tees, I sit on a board as a Trustee and Director of a not-for-profit organisation where I use the experience I have acquired in my legal career.
