How can I help you?
I qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 at Wragge & Co in Birmingham. Following a career break to experience life in Germany, I taught law at various colleges across Essex for three years, I joined Tees (previously Wortley Byers) in 1997, where I become a Partner in the commercial property team in 2003.
As a result of my many years of experience, I understand how to best achieve the goals of my clients to great effect.
Delivering what you really need
I am experienced in dealing in all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, leases, assest management, investment and property finance with my niche area being landlord and tenant.
My specialisms include acting on behalf of landlords and tenants, whether they be investment landlords, corporate tenants, private landlords or SME tenants. I also have extensive experience of acting for buyers and sellers of commercial property, whether freehold, leasehold, sole traders or investment owners.
Dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters is something I really relish as it requires a methodical and managed approach. To illustrate, The Legal 500 recommends me as being ‘efficient’ and whose ‘first-rate service regarding leases’ is conducted with ‘enthusiasm’ with a ‘professional approach’.
What else should you know?
As an active and sociable individual, I enjoy staying fit by going to the gym and have taken part in marathons. Other hobbies include travelling, reading and cooking.
