How can I help you?
I am an Associate Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts, Tax and Probate department at Tees. I am a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner, holding a diploma in Trusts and Estates (England and Wales) from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). I am also currently studying towards a STEP Advanced Certificate in the UK Taxation for International Clients.
My work involves advising individuals in relation to their Wills and succession planning; this will often involve tax and other financial planning during a client's lifetime, often in collaboration with my financial adviser colleagues in our Wealth team. I also deal with setting up Lasting Powers of attorney, registering Enduring Powers of Attorney, making Court of Protection applications, creating new Trusts and managing existing Trusts, as well as administering an estate when an individual has passed away.
I have a particular and developing interest in advising clients in relation to cross border issues.
Delivering what you really need
I always strive to meet a client’s objectives and provide advice in the clearest and most efficient way possible. At Tees we are in a unique position to be able to offer a full service of both legal and financial advice by working alongside financial advisors in our Wealth team, creating maximum efficiency in a cost effective manner. I am always aware that each of my clients have specific needs, and by offering this full service of legal and financial advice I can always ensure that my clients are aware of all of their options and I can tailor my advice accordingly.

During my spare time I enjoy performing and you can often find me on a theatre stage somewhere around Chelmsford!
