I am an Executive Partner and joint Head of the Private Client department at Tees. I have extensive experience in all areas of private client work including estate and inheritance tax planning, wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration and trusts. I have particular interest and experience in Anglo-French matters and assist many clients with preparing French wills, advising on French estate and inheritance tax planning and dealing with estates including French assets.
Delivering what you really need
I aim to communicate clearly, to be approachable and to provide practical and effective advice tailored to each client’s needs. Clients tell me that my experience of both UK and French inheritance tax and law is invaluable, as it allows me to advise them on the implications in both countries and allows them to find a best fit solution. I am also used to working with clients’ other advisors.
What else should you know?
I joined Tees as an Associate in 2015 after having trained at a large regional firm and worked in its Private Client and French Legal Services teams since qualifying in 2009. I became co-head of the Private Client department at Tees in 2018.
