I am a partner in the corporate commercial department at Tees Law, joining in September 2023. I have over two decades of experience advising businesses on a range of commercial and corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, restructuring, mergers, and joint ventures. I also regularly advise traditional, corporate, and limited liability partnerships on admission, retirement and dissolution.
