I joined the Commercial Property team as an Associate in 2020. Having trained and spent the early post qualification years of my career at a Top100 firm in Kent after my qualification in 2010, I gained experience working in the City of London and then at a regional firm in the South East.
Delivering what you really need
I have expertise in a broad range of transactional commercial property work. My experience includes acting for:
- Landowners, trustees and charity trustees, developers and investors in relation to sales and acquisitions, strategic land transactions and development agreements, diversification and estate management work;
- Multinational, national and SME public and private companies in connection with corporate transactions;
- Property investors in relation to portfolio transactions, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, finance and refinance work;
- Landlords and tenants in relation to new leases, assignments, renewals and leasehold management matters.
I work proactively and aim to identify and tackle issues early. I work hard to find solutions and avoid overcomplication when challenges are encountered. I try to be available and responsive to clients at every stage of any transaction.

Beyond work I enjoy the natural world and being outdoors, particularly hill walking and playing cricket, and choral music.
