I am an Executive Partner in the Commercial Property department. I joined the firm in 2006 from a leading Hertfordshire law firm, where I qualified 2005.
My area of expertise includes advising on planning matters such as agreements and enforcement issues.
Delivering what you really need
I have experience of dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters including working on multi-million-pound developments and regeneration projects, as well as acting for investors (some of which are household names) in their acquisition and portfolio management work.
My clients also include a number of international companies where I deal with all aspects of their commercial property interests in the UK. Furthermore, I act for a number of prominent house builders on all types of property development work and deal with secured lending and restructuring work where I also act for a number of banks.
