I am a Chartered Legal Executive working in the Cambridge Residential Property team.
How can I help you?
I am experienced in acting in relation to sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity, and have a particular interest in facilitating voluntary first registrations of land with the Land Registry. Alongside straight-forward transactional work, I have successfully dealt with various non-contentious adverse possession and rectification of title claims, provide legal assistance to the management company of a local group of resident-owned flats, and often help clients with property matters arising out of matrimonial court orders or the administration of estates.
Delivering what you really need?
I aspire to provide a bespoke, efficient service to all of my clients. I assist clients with all levels of experience with property law – whether first-time buyers, home movers, local builders, or property investors. As part of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, I regularly participate in training to ensure my knowledge of the ever-changing legislation, case law, and procedure affecting the property market is up-to-date.
What else should you know?
Originally from North Norfolk, I joined Tees as a paralegal in 2016. I completed my law degree at the University of Kent in the same year. While working, I completed my professional exams and training through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), qualifying as a Fellow in June 2023.
