How can I help you?
I am a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department at Tees. I assist with general civil disputes and frequently advise on areas of consumer law. I also assist schools and parents in educational matters, including parental appeals to the Education Tribunal regarding Education, Health and Care Plans for children with SEND.
Delivering what you really need
I frequently draft documents such as letters of claim, review evidence and submit papers to tribunal. Being involved in a dispute can be very stressful and I aim to ensure that you feel well supported. I enjoy getting to know clients and helping them to achieve their desired outcome.
What else should you know?
I graduated from The University of York with a 2:1 degree in Law in 2016. Upon graduating, I worked in commercial law and subsequently as Compliance Officer of an independent boarding school. I have extensive experience in data protection law.
I am currently studying the Legal Practice Course part-time alongside working at Tees. I am due to start my Training Contract with Tees upon completion of the course and look forward to qualifying as a solicitor in a few years’ time!
Outside of work and studying, I am a keen runner and member of Royston Runners. I enjoy going to the gym, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
