I have worked in wills, trusts, tax and probate since qualifying over 30 years ago, which includes 13 years in the private client department of a city of London law firm.Since joining in 2011, I regularly advise on wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications as well as traditional probate work and all aspects of Inheritance tax and succession planning.
Delivering what you really need
I worked in Saffron Walden for almost 15 years and now in Cambridge, providing an efficient and trusted legal service for clients at all levels. I work closely with you to understand your individual and family circumstances to ensure appropriate measures are taken to plan for the future. This can include passing on assets from generation to generation. I often see clients in their own homes, sometimes with their other professional advisers. Increasingly, for clients in later life, I visit them in their residential home. I will ascertain what suits you and proceed on that basis from the outset.
We can draw upon the legal expertise of our colleagues in other teams to provide advice on residential and commercial property, litigation, and family matters to ensure that you receive advice tailored to your complete needs.
