How can I help you?
I am a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department at Tees, specialising in Property litigation. I work alongside experienced specialist practitioners who have expertise that include but are not limited to; assisting landlord and tenants in enforcing lease terms, in particular in relation to possession claims, as well as breaches of covenants, building disputes, rights of way and trespass claims.
Delivering what you really need
I frequently draft documents such as initial letters of claim, claim forms and particulars of claim, as well assisting in advise for both individual and corporate clients on various landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues and possession claims. I understand how legal disputes can be overwhelming for clients and therefore I strive to support as well as get to know my clients throughout the process helping them to seek their desired outcome.
What else should you know?
I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a 2:1 degree in Law in 2020. Upon graduating, I worked in property law as a litigation executive and issued numerous claims for the recovery of service charge and ground rent arrears on leasehold and freehold properties, obtaining and enforcing money judgements. I have expertise in Land Registry and enforcement of judgements.
I am currently studying the Legal Practice Course part-time alongside working at Tees. I have the future ambition to obtain a Training Contract upon completion of the course and to qualifying as a solicitor.
Outside of work and studying for my LPC, I enjoy watching and taking part in Sport. I enjoy going to the gym, travelling and exploring new places and spending time with friends and my family.
