How can I help you?

I am an Associate in Brentwood, in the ‘Wills Trusts Tax and Probate (WTTP)’ department. I have worked at Tees (previously Wortley Byers) since 2007 and have specialised in WTTP work here since 2012, and elsewhere from 2004. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2006.I worked in commercial property for 6 years until 2012 and in residential property for most of my time here, acting for developers, landlords and individuals.

Delivering what you really need

I support my clients at difficult times after the loss of a loved one, by dealing with their estates. I help them create and administer trusts; prepare LPAs for potential incapacity and advise on and draft deputyship applications. I draft their wills and codicils and give inheritance tax and CGT advice on their lifetime giving, trusts or estates.I have particular expertise in land and buildings matters relating to estates or trusts and helping the executors when dealing with the other beneficiaries.

What else should you know?

In 2016 I qualified as a TEP (full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) after taking their 2-year Diploma. I have previously worked in London and Hornchurch and spent a year studying international and comparative law in the Netherlands and like to travel.
