Kirsten Vincent

Licensed Conveyancer

Kirsten Vincent, licensed conveyancer in Brentwood

As part of the residential conveyancing team, my primary responsibility is to manage post property sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. My duties  include: advising clients on the post exchange and completion matters for buying and selling a property; ensuring that transfer deeds  are signed and ensuring funds are in place for completion.

I will redeem old mortgages and arrange for them to be removed from the Land Registry; account to clients for any surplus monies; pay  estate agents and Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT); arrange to register buyers new names and if the property being purchased is leasehold ensure that details of the Buyer have been given to the Landlord.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the help and practical support and advice you gave throughout what was a protracted selling experience! With a difficult buyer, it was only your level headed advice and direction that stopped me from pulling out at what would have been the wrong time!

I would like to thank Kirsten and Pat for your excellent professional service in this transaction on our behalf and which further cements an already strong relationship with your firm, which we have experienced over the years, both on a personal and professional basis.

Kirsten has been absolutely fantastic! Her prompt, assertive and proactive manner has ensured it has been as stress-free as possible. Kirsten remained calm and in control of all our affairs. This made a huge difference and gave us full confidence. We would 100% come back to you.

Wortly Byers (now Tees) have looked after my affairs including the purchase and sale of over 10 transactions, production of wills and other advice for the last 20 years. I have found their service painless and competent, and their fees affordable and moderate. I especially appreciate the services of Anne Ellis & Kirsten Vincent who have been superb, friendly and speedy.
