I would like to thank Kirsten and Pat for your excellent professional service in this transaction on our behalf and which further cements an already strong relationship with your firm, which we have experienced over the years, both on a personal and professional basis.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the help and practical support and advice you gave throughout what was a protracted selling experience!! With a difficult buyer, it was only your level headed advice and direction that stopped me from pulling out at what would have been the wrong time!! I would recommend your team to anyone wanting to sell their home, and will certainly use you again if Hilary and I get itchy feet! The whole experience was excellent – well done, I don’t often get the chance to say such things.

Kirsten has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Her prompt, assertive and proactive manner has ensured throughout the buying and selling process it has been as stress free as possible. All communication has been clear and on-time and whilst we encountered several ‘hurdles’ along the way, Kirsten remained calm and in control of all our affairs. This made a huge difference and gave us full confidence in our solicitors to ensure all issues encountered where dealt with exactly as expected.

This is the second time we have used yourselves when moving house and, whilst we won’t be moving anytime soon!!, we would 100% look to come back to you as the level of service is second to none.
