I joined Tees in 2018. I qualified in 2009 with a large regional firm in the South of the country and specialised in Wealth Management which involved the creation, administration of and advice relating to Trusts (including Personal Injury Trusts), Wills and Inheritance Tax. I subsequently, joined a full-service firm of solicitors in Central Cambridge where I broadened my area of specialism which now include matters relating to Estate Planning, the administration of estates and probate, the preparation, finalisation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney for both property and financial affairs as well as for health and welfare, the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian and the application for Deputyship Orders for property and finance.
