How can I help you?
I am a Solicitor in our employment law department based in Bishop’s Stortford. I joined Tees in 2020 as a litigation paralegal and then went on to complete my training with the firm, qualifying in September 2023.
I advise both individual and business clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters across a wide variety of sectors. I assist with employment-related disputes, and settlement agreements, providing day-to-day general counsel support on queries, as well as assisting on employment aspects of projects and transactions.
I am part of the firm's Business Team which comprises employment law, data protection and corporate and commercial law.
Delivering what you really need
I am based in the Bishop’s Stortford office, but I also cover the Brentwood and Chelmsford offices. Together with my colleagues, we can meet clients face-to-face at any of our 6 offices or at your offices to suit your needs.
My focus is to provide clients with clear and practical employment advice in a timely manner. I am very approachable and will always aim to give honest and commercially grounded solutions.
What else should you know?
I am a pro bono adviser to Anglia Ruskin University’s law clinic, regularly advising clients on employment law issues in conjunction with their faculty of law. I also present at seminars and breakfast briefings on all aspects of employment law, and routinely provide legal updates and training with the rest of the employment team.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, spectating and participating in a variety of sports, as well as playing golf at my local club.
