How can I help you?
I am a paralegal based in the Saffron Walden office and am part of the commercial property team at Tees. I joined Tees in 2018 initially supporting our residential property team and switched to commercial property in 2019. After attaining a 2:1 in Law LLB from the University of Leicester in 2018, I am currently on a graduate solicitor apprenticeship scheme and working towards qualification as a solicitor at Tees. My areas of expertise are growing as I learn and develop but I have experience in dealing with various types of Landlord and Tenant matters as well as acquisitions and disposals of property. I also assist my colleagues with a range of other commercial property matters.
Delivering what you need
I strive to provide clients with a service that focuses on individual needs and to find a solution that is commercially viable. I have experience acting for both Landlord and Tenants in leasehold transactions, whether you are looking to renew your lease or perhaps vary an existing lease, I am on hand to assist and guide you with any queries that you may have.
I have also dealt with recording public rights of way over land and making various applications to the Land Registry, including first registrations and applications for prescriptive easements.
I particularly enjoy drawing upon my research skills gained during my studies to find solutions to problems.
What else should you know?
Outside of work I play for a local six-aside football team that I also manage. I also enjoy participating in running events when I am able to.
