IT Trainer

We are looking to appoint an IT Trainer to join our team in our Bishop's Stortford office.

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Trainer to join our experienced team based in our Bishop's Stortford office.

Our in-house IT team are an integral part of the business supporting our Legal, Financial, and Professional Services. By working alongside our range of departments and liaising with senior managers and staff at all levels across the business, our IT team are dedicated to supporting our employees and continually developing our systems and processes. We are looking for a collaborative and knowledgeable candidate to join us in this commitment. 

Supporting the firm's 350 IT users, this role will be responsible for designing and delivering high quality learning solutions through instructor lead sessions, e-learning, and guides.

This role is being offered as a part-time opportunity of 22.5-30 hours each week. There is flexibility with regards to preference for working days and the schedule of hours being completed through the week. Our new member will have previous experience in an IT Trainer position with knowledge or prior practice of legal systems being advantageous.

As an IT Trainer at Tees your role would include:

  • Delivering training on the firm's bespoke legal packages and developing training solutions for key business areas.
  • Building and maintaining a library of internal training guides and videos for publication.
  • Producing and delivering an IT induction offering for the firm's new employee intake.
  • Publishing and delivering an open schedule of informal workshop style sessions.
