We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join the Residential Property team in our Brentwood office. This role provides the opportunity to work with our expert Lawyers, other professional specialists and liaise with clients. Our Client Care teams at Tees are integral to ensuring the delivery of the very highest levels of client service across the firm. Supporting our Residential Property lawyers, you will support the Client Care Leaders with the execution of your team’s workload ensuring exceptional and proactive administrative support. As a Client Care Coordinator, your role would include:

  • Obtaining an understanding of client requirements to provide exceptional client focused service to both the solicitors and clients.
  • Checking, amending and formatting of letters and other documents produced by the Document Production team liasing with the Solicitor and Client Care Leader/Manager in producing associated documentation e.g. enclosures as directed.
  • Supporting Client Care Leader/Team in marketing activities including involvement in preparation of presentations and hosting of events/meetings.
  • Research client information and other matters as directed by Client Care Leader/Manager or Solicitor.
