Office Assistant Apprentice

We are looking to appoint an Office Assistant Apprentice to join us in our Saffron Walden office.

We have a new and exciting opportunity at Tees for an Office Assistant Apprentice to join our Facilities team in our Saffron Walden office.

This role offers the unique opportunity to work as part of one of our key support teams whilst also studying for an apprenticeship in Business Administration. This opportunity will provide a great introduction into the workings of a modern office and law firm, working closely alongside our legal, Client Care, and facilities teams. This role is key in ensuring a seamless service to our clients, through providing exceptional office and administrative support, coordinating between such crucial teams.

Experience in a similar role  is not required for this position. Enthusiasm to be part of successful team in an office environment and the commitment to completing studies alongside this varied role, is essential.

As part of the apprenticeship scheme, time for study is factored in to and supported as part of the working week.

As an Office Assistant, some of your main duties will include:

  • Carrying out scanning, printing and court bundle preparation with the support and guidance of the Client Care teams and lawyers.
  • Assisting with the managment of archiving requirements, releasing documents, recording accurately on our case management system and liaising with our external storage provider.
  • Providing support to the Client Welcome team, including meeting and greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Handling of hard copy post, labelling of scanning and uploading documents to the case management system.
  • Being point of contact and reporting any office facilities or technical issues to the correct department and team member.
