Another significant purchase for Woodland Group with Tees support

Tees have recently advised their long standing client, Woodland Group (Woodland), on its significant purchase of a warehouse facility in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

Woodland is a global logistic, freight forwarding and supply chain specialist, and acquiring the facility on Low Mill Lane in Dewsbury further establishes their presence in Yorkshire. At approximately 35,000 sq ft, the new facility is a significant base from which Woodland can continue to deliver their bespoke supply chain offerings to clients both locally and further afield.

Daniel Fairs, Partner at Tees, handled the purchase for Woodland. Daniel worked closely with Andrew Harrison, Solicitor at Tees, who took control of the day to day running of the transaction. There were several key issues identified during the transaction which needed to be addressed. However, Daniel and Andrew worked proactively with Woodland to progress the transaction from initial instruction to completion in under eight weeks.
