Employment law training courses for managers

Employment law legislation is always changing, so it’s important that your managers understand current requirements. Our training courses equip you and your team with the legal knowledge to avoid costly mistakes when managing staff. In some cases, being able to show you have informed and trained your staff can help you defend employment tribunal claims, should someone choose to bring one against you.

We offer training sessions on a number of topics, including:

  • handling tricky conduct and performance issues
  • maternity, paternity and family friendly rights
  • managing TUPE and service provision change
  • discrimination and the Equality Act
  • absence management
  • GDPR.
