I am a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team, based out of our Bishop’s Stortford office. After joining Tees in 2019, I completed my training at the firm in February 2023, following successful seats in Dispute Resolution and Commercial Property.
During my time at the firm, I have acted on a broad range of property transactions which include:
- Acting for landlords and tenants in relation to new leases and leasehold management matters;
- Negotiating and advising landlords and tenants in relation to new and existing leases, including lease renewals and under-lettings;
- Advising on and handling sales and acquisitions of commercial property; and
- Acting for Companies in connection with corporate property transactions.
I also have experience in acting for a wide range of clients, such as commercial companies, property developers, landlords and tenants.
Delivering what you really need
My approach to any transaction is always to be proactive and approachable. I put real emphasis on understanding what my clients need and what they wish to achieve. With this in mind, I am always conscious to provide effective advice to foresee any future issue at an early stage, to ensure that the best results can be delivered.
What else should you know?
After receiving a First Class Honors degree in Law, I attended BPP University where I achieved a Distinction in the LPC.
In my spare time I am a keen volunteer, which includes my role as a Co-opted Professional Governor at the Highfield School. I am also a keen sportsman as I play for various local sport clubs at the weekend.
In addition, I am bilingual, speaking both English and Italian, which I find to always be an added bonus, both personally and professionally.
