How can I help you?
I have worked in the field of medical negligence for over 6 years. In that time I have built a strong understanding and knowledge of this important area of the law.
I understand that pursuing legal action against any medical organisation or individual can be extremely daunting. To alleviate some of that stress, I will ensure to advise you, in simple and clear language, of what to expect from the outset of your claim and throughout. I will take an empathetic and pragmatic approach to your claim, to ensure the best possible outcome for you.
I undertake a range of medical negligence matters, including fatal claims, inquests, misdiagnosis, delay in diagnosis and surgical errors.
What else should you know?
I graduated as a solicitor in 2015 and joined Tees in 2020.
I have a particular interest in representing families at inquests, especially inquests into the deaths of patients suffering from mental ill health.
I truly believe that giving people a voice who might otherwise have gone unheard is not only incredibly important but also essential to ensure proper access to justice.
It is also crucial to hold organisations and individuals accountable where something has gone wrong. It ensures that mistakes are learned from and can prompt improvements to patient care.
Away from work, I live in Buckhurst Hill, Essex and enjoy visiting art galleries and travelling.
What do others say?
Chambers and Partners Legal Directory have described me as an ‘Associate to Watch’. With Clients noting “We can’t speak highly enough. Without him and all his hard work and dedication we would not have had the outcome we had. He gave us a voice and it was heard.”
I am further described in The Legal 500 2020 as “a professional solicitor with a kind approach and who has been exceptional while dealing with trauma. His commitment, empathy & knowledge has been outstanding.”
I have also been featured in the Law Society Gazette’s ‘Lawyer in the News’.
