I am a Corporate Commercial Associate Solicitor based in the Brentwood office. I qualified as a solicitor into the Corporate Commercial Team at Wortley Byers LLP (who later merged with Tees) in 2016.
I advise my clients in respect of their day to day commercial relationships and processes. I draft a wide variety of commercial agreements including supply agreements, terms of business, framework agreements, subcontracting agreements and software agreements.
I advise on data protection issues and have been pleased to work with clients to help them develop their data protection policies and assist when they have been faced with data subjects exercising their rights under Data Protection Legislation.
I act for clients in respect of their intellectual property and help them to protect their branding and exploit its value. I regularly advise in respect of trade marks and copyright matters and prepare licencing agreements.
In terms of Corporate transactions, I act for clients in respect of a range of matters including the sale and purchase of assets and shares.
