I have over 20 years’ experience of managing the delivery of support services and operational management across a range of organisations. In doing this it is always important that we understand the needs of our clients and their/your feedback is a vital element in the continued development of our renowned client services. We are also working to establish local professional networks to bring the latest thinking into our support team and service delivery, adapting to shape the future of your support services with a focus on excellence and efficiency.
Delivering what you really need
As Client Services Manager and a part of the management team, I manage – with my colleague Karen Crawford – our Client Welcome and Client Care teams. I also head up our Apprenticeship programme, where Tees has helped a range of young people to gain qualifications whilst providing a real service across the firm.
If you’re a client of the firm, you will have had some contact with the work that my team do. You may have been greeted by one of our Client Welcome team. You may have attended meetings or seminars where our teams have set up the rooms and equipment and provided catering. Your mail and documentation is handled by one of our Client Care teams, who may have called you to confirm details or arrangements with our experts; we support the firm to support you. We seek to ensure that our lawyers and other professional staff have the administrative support they need to provide seamless legal services to our clients. It is vital that our clients and lawyers enjoy the welcome they receive from our front of house team followed by efficient and accurate delivery of services.
What else should you know?
I have lived and worked in the East of England for over 20 years attaining membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management and have a particular interest in community development serving as a Parish Councilor and School Governor.
