I qualified in 2001 and became a Partner in 2008. I have extensive experience in a range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers acquisitions, private equity, MBOs, restructures, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
I am ranked as a “Leading Individual” in Legal 500 and I am known for my experience in the pharmaceuticals sector. I have a solid and detailed understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the surrounding legal and regulatory framework and advise on transactions relating to commercialisation, licensing, manufacturing, marketing, agency, distribution and acquisitions.
In addition, I have a wealth of experience and knowledge in a full range of commercial contracts and advise on IP and IT matters including licensing, research and development agreements, collaborations and advise businesses both at a strategic level and negotiating detailed terms.
