How can I help you?
I am a solicitor in the Family department based in our Chelmsford office.
I have over 6 years’ experience in all areas of Family law and specialise in dealing with disputes in relation to divorce, finances, cohabitation, children and injunctions. I can also advise on protecting assets by way of pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
I have acted for a wide range of individuals and I have particular experience in the financial arrangements which have to be made following separation, as well as cases which involve domestic abuse.
I am a member of Resolution and I follow a Code of Practice which promotes a constructive approach to dealing with family issues and encourage solutions which considers the needs of the whole family, in particular the best interests of the children.
Delivering what you really need
I like to build strong relationships with my clients and I am driven to achieve the best outcome for them. I offer bespoke advice in a calm, reassuring and simple manner.
After graduating, I worked as a paralegal for two years in our Bishop’s Stortford Family department, before starting my two year training contract at an established multi-office firm based in Essex and Hertfordshire. During my training, I not only specialised in Family law, but I also spent significant time in the Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate department and in the Residential Property department, gaining valuable insight and applicable experience in these areas of law. I qualified as a solicitor and re-joined Tees in September 2017.
